Submission Guidelines

Eligibility: Korean nationals, or holders of a foreign resident card or overseas Korean registration
Period: Jun 15, 2026 — Jul 31, 2026 18:00 (KST)
Format: Short films under 40 minutes (including credits)
Production: Produced after June 2025
Note: Films previously invited to or awarded at other festivals are eligible

Complete the online entry form and submit the screener link (Vimeo or YouTube) together.
All screener links must be password-protected or set to private.
A submission is considered complete only when both the entry form and screener upload are finished.
Any change to the screener link or video after submission requires prior consultation with the festival.

Films infringing copyright cannot be submitted and may be cancelled even after selection.
All information in the entry form must be truthful. False information results in disqualification, and screening is cancelled even if already confirmed.
The screener must be identical to the final screening version if the film is selected.
Any difference between the screener and the final version is judged solely by the festival, and selection may be cancelled.
The final screening version must include English subtitles.
Submitted materials will not be returned.
Any issue arising during submission or selection must be reported to the festival immediately for consultation.
Violations of TIFF regulations may result in cancellation of screening, invitation, or awards even before or after the festival.
TIFF reserves the right to decide on matters not specified in these regulations.
